Developing High Performing Teams

We have over 15 years experience helping successful organizations across the world develop high performing teams.

We believe that to be a high performing team members need to be:

  • Committed to their goals
  • Agreed in their approach
  • Committed to each other
  • Accountable for their actions

Our interventions really get to the heart of each of these factors.

Our 4 Stage Approach

  1. Understanding Your Current Team Environment
  2. We use team observations, stakeholder reviews, one-to-one discussions and feedback instruments to really understand the “live” team environment, the current performance levels and relevant team or individual behaviors.

  3. Design the Intervention
  4. We work closely with you to design an intervention that meets your team and organization’s objectives, preferred learning style and budget.

  5. Deliver the Intervention
  6. We help the team review their performance and behaviors observed through Understanding Your Current Team Environment. Our skilled facilitators use this and a combination of experiential learning approaches, theory inputs, feedback and disclosure or personality type instruments to raise awareness and help increase team performance. Clear individual and team performance actions are developed.

  7. Evaluate Improvements
  8. We not only evaluate the delivery of our own interventions, we help you to evaluate the ongoing performance of your team and monitor the delivery of agreed actions moving forward. This helps you understand your return on investment and provide ongoing team support and maintenance as required.
