In-Sync’s Corporate Team Building Events can be used to support a conference or leadership retreat, to reward staff or to deliver a corporate message. These events can be delivered indoor or outdoor using a range of fun team development tasks and activities.

Our Approach

Events are designed for both large and small groups and typically last 4-8 hours. We work with you to understand your objectives and then design a program to suit your needs and the message you want to deliver.

Team Challenges

Half or full day team building events designed to promote essential team skills such as, trust, leadership, effective communication, creativity and planning. Individual tasks last between 15 minutes and 2 hours and are followed by a short review discussion relating learning to the team. More on Team Challenges

Wilderness Cabin Adventures

Held at a comfortable backcountry cabin and ideal for small groups wishing to work on a specific business issue or wanting to spend time together without the distractions of the office or hotel. We can provide a range of exciting team activities or challenges to suit the team, with a fun themed meal in the evening.
